Product composition:
Chloro-sulfonated polyethylene underground pipe coating is composed of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber as base material, adding synthetic resin, anticorrosive facial filler, additive, organic solvent, etc. Part a, b double package, a group of paint paste for primer and finish paint, group b, general curing agent for base and surface paint.
Product features:
Chlorosulfonated polyethylene underground pipeline coating has excellent resistance to aging, heat resistance, cold resistance performance, excellent acid, alkali, salt corrosion, water resistant, oil resistant, resistant to stray current, antibacterial, mildew resistance to plant roots stretching, strong adhesion. High solids rate, film thickness, low temperature construction.
Product use:
Chloro-sulfonated polyethylene underground pipeline coating is specially designed for the protection of water, sewage, oil, gas and other underground pipelines.
Instructions:
Coating method: high pressure airless spray (for primer), hand brush, roller coating
Coating road number: primer coating 2, finish coat 2~ 4, if necessary add alkali glass cloth to strengthen.
Coating intervals: 23 + 2 ℃ : primer: minimum 2 hours; Maximum 24 hours; Finish coat: 2 hours minimum; Maximum 1 month

Appearance: primer: cloud iron red; Finish: black, flat light
Density: primer: about 1.10; Surface paint: about 1.00
Diluent: special diluent of X-1 chlorosulfonated polyethylene coating

Storage method:
Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source.
The packing container must be sealed.
Storage period: 6 months. After that, it should be checked and used.
Notes:
Safety: the construction site should have good ventilation condition, prevent solvent gas and spray paint mist inhalation.
Note: products should be kept away from heat source. Smoking should be strictly prohibited in construction site. This specification is based on our laboratory and construction practices
