Hebei Jintaida Chemical Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise established by the joint venture of Xinle City Yongxing Chemical Factory and Shijiazhuang Zhongtian Chemical Co., Ltd.  The company was established on November 11, 2011, and construction started in May 2012. The project plans to invest 1.1 billion yuan to form a production capacity device: 250,000 tons/year formaldehyde device, 135,000 tons/year methylal device, 60,000 tons/year-chloromethane device, 40,000 tons/year paraformaldehyde device , 10,000 tons/year hexamethylenetetramine plant, 5,000 tons/year hydroxypropyl methylcellulose plant, by-products: 300,000 bottles/year compressed hydrogen plant. The first phase of the project has been completed and put into production in April 2013. The second phase of the project is currently under preparation and is expected to be completed and put into production by the end of 2014. The above devices all adopt advanced domestic and international advanced technology, in line with the principles of high starting point, large-scale union, reuse and resource recycling. Form the recycling of resources—products—waste—renewable resources to achieve low consumption, low emissions, and high goals. To achieve a dynamic balance between man and nature, resources and environment. After the project is completed and put into production, the annual output value can reach 1.3 billion yuan per year, and profits and taxes can reach 120 million yuan.
