1. Steel surface cleaner: If steel surfaces need to be platinum, chromium, tin and nickel-plated for special uses, the surfaces of their billets all need to be strictly washed to make coatings and steel surfaces firmly bound, and the adding of the sodium gluconate into their cleaning agents will achieve perfect effect at this time.2. Cement additive: Adding a certain amount of sodium gluconate can increase the plasticity and strength of concrete, and has retardative effect.
3. Concrete admixture: It can provide some beneficial effects such as accelerating and delaying the solidification, make the air bubble existed, reduce water consumption, increase the plasticity and so on. Usually used in concrete with several kinds of admixture, a variety of different admixture can reinforce each other in some applications.
4. Water reducer:
1. Improve the workability, under the condition of the water to cement ratio is constant, adding sodium gluconate can improve the workability.
2. Enhance strength, when the cement content remains the same, the water content in concrete can be reduced. When the addition amount of sodium gluconate is 0.1%, water content can be reduced by 10%.
3. Reduce the cement content, cement and water content have same decreased rate.
5. Retarder: Sodium gluconate can significantly delay the start and the end solidification of concrete time.
6. Glass bottles cleaning agent: Improve the following frequently asked problems: poor detergency, and easy blocking of nozzles and pipelines of bottle washers; unsatisfactory detergency on the rust of bottle labels and bottle necks; unsatisfactory food safety caused by trace residue (such as phosphate residue); and public nuisance formed by the discharge of washing water.
