Application

1. Used as a low-boiling point solvent, as a foaming agent in the plastic industry, and as fuel for automobiles and airplanes together with 2-methylbutane, for the manufacture of artificial ice, anesthetics, and synthesis of pentanol, isopentane, etc.

2. Gas chromatography analysis standard. Used in the manufacture of anesthetics, solvents, low-temperature thermometers and in the manufacture of artificial ice, pentanol, isopentane, etc.

3. Used to prepare standard gas, calibration gas and as molecular sieve desorption agent.

4. Used as a solvent, gas chromatography reference fluid and anesthetic. It is also used in organic synthesis and the manufacture of low-temperature thermometers.

5. Used as a solvent to produce artificial ice, anesthetics, synthesize pentanol, isopentane, etc.
