Product description:White crystal with low melting point, colorless to light yellow liquid in supercooled state. It has a floral aroma and sweet vanilla flavor. The melting point is 24°C, the boiling point is 108°C (1466 Pa), and the flash point is 92°C. It is soluble in most non-volatile oils, mineral oils glycol, but insoluble in glycerin and water.
