    Applications
    DM TSP 104 may be used in food to keep moisture and maintain the flavor in seafood, meat and poultry products to increase the shelf life. DM TSP 104 can hold moisture of food because its own basicity can increase the pH and ionic strength of food.
    In industry, DM TSP 104 is available in textile, printing, dyeing, paper-making and power generation industries as water softener, detergent, metal descaling agent, boiler cleaning agent, stain remover, mildew, degreaser, acid-base buffer and etc.

    Storage
