What is pepsin?

Pepsin is the main digestive enzyme in gastric juice. It is synthesized by amino acids in the main cells of the gastric gland. During the digestion of food, pepsin is discharged into the stomach cavity to participate in the digestion.

Application:This product is used as a digestive aid for indigestion caused by lack of pepsin or digestive dysfunction after disease. In addition, it is used as a substitute for dry stomach membrane in the manufacture of milk coolant, and is also used for biochemical research and protein structure analysis.
