    Use role:

    1. Cosmetic preservatives. It has a wide range of antibacterial effects on mold, yeast and fungi. The antibacterial effect is particularly obvious in acidic hydrolysates. The amount used in cosmetics is usually no more than 2%. Insecticide, mildew proof agent. Transaminases were measured. It is used as an ornamental agent in leather making to improve alkali resistance and evenness of tanning. 2. Sodium propionate is an acid food preservative, and its bacteriostatic effect is affected by environmental pH value. It has a strong inhibitory effect on various molds, Gram-negative bacilli or aerobic bacillus in acidic medium. It is effective in preventing aflatoxin production, but almost ineffective in yeast. In the food industry, it can be used for pastry preservation, the use amount is 2.5g/kg (based on propionic acid). 3. Sodium propionate is a preservative, which has a strong inhibitory effect on all kinds of molds, aerobic bacillus or gram-negative bacilli in acidic medium. It is effective in preventing aflatoxin production, but almost ineffective in yeast. It can also be used as a food preservative. 4. It is used as an animal park agent in tanning to improve the alkali resistance of leather and the evenness of tanning.
