Cosmetic-grade white oil is a white mineral oil used in the cosmetics industry. It is a mineral oil obtained after deep refining of the petroleum lubricating oil distillate. It is colorless, tasteless, chemically inert, and has good light stability. The heavy metal content, lead content, and arsenic content of the cosmetic grade white oil obtained after the second and third hydrotreating meets the relevant standards of the national cosmetic grade white oil.

The basic composition of white oil is a saturated hydrocarbon structure, and aromatic hydrocarbon, nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur, and other substances are close to zero. In terms of performance, cosmetic-grade white oil has good yellowing resistance, oxidation resistance, and good viscosity-temperature performance, which is suitable for the cosmetics industry.
