2. It is a good methylating agent, carbonylating agent, methylolating agent and methoxylating agent. Widely used in food antioxidants and plant protection agents and other fields. It is a widely used chemical raw material.
3. An ideal substitute for highly toxic drugs such as phosgene, dimethyl sulfate Chemicalbook, and methyl chloroformate.
4. Synthesis of polycarbonate, diphenyl carbonate, isocyanate, etc.
