Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, also known as monoammonium phosphate, is a kind of inorganic compound.Chemical formula NH4H2PO4, white crystalline powder, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in acetone, mainly used as wood, fabric, paper fire retardant, also can be used as fertilizer, bread improver, food additives.

Physical and chemical properties:

Density: 1.02g/cm3

Melting point: 190℃

Refractive index: 1.4768

Appearance: white crystalline powder

Application:

1. Mainly used for compound fertilizer preparation, can also be directly applied to farmland

2. Used as analytical reagent and buffer

3. Used in the food industry as leavening agent, dough regulator, yeast food, brewing fermentation aid, buffer agent. Also used as an animal feed additive.

4. Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is an efficient nitrogen and phosphorus compound fertilizer. It can be used as flame retardant for wood, paper and fabric, dispersing agent for fiber processing and dye industry, glaze for enamel, compound for fire retardant coating, embers for match stem and candle wick, dry powder extinguishing agent. It is also used in printing and platemaking and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

5. Used as fertilizer, fire prevention agent, also used in printing plate, medicine and other industries.

6. Preparation of buffer and culture medium, production of phosphate, phosphor, wood, paper, fabric flame retardant, dry powder extinguishing agent.

The analytical standard is used for nitrogen determination by Kjeldahl method. After the first opening and use, it is recommended to fill with argon or nitrogen for storage.

Can be used as wood, paper, fabric flame retardant, fiber processing and dye industry dispersant, fire retardant coating compound, dry powder extinguishing agent, etc.

Stability and reactivity:

【Stability】 Stable in an airtight container under normal storage and handling conditions at room temperature.

【Incompatibility】 Strong acid, strong base, strong oxidant, strong reducing agent.

【Decomposition】 Phosphorus oxides, irritating and toxic fumes and gases, nitric oxide (NOx) and ammonia (NH3) fumes.

Storage and transportation characteristics:

Keep the container closed when not in use. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from incompatible substances.
