      Product Detail

Ammonium Bifluoride is a kind of inorganic compound, the chemical formula is NH4HF2, is white or colorless transparent rhombic crystal system crystallization, the commodity is flake, slightly sour taste, corrosive, easy to delix, soluble in water as weak acid, easy to dissolve in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, heated or decomposed in hot water.

    Physicochemical Properties:

Athomonium hydrogenation is also known as acid ammonium fluoride. Chemical NH4F · HF. Molecular weight is 57.04. White moisture -solving six -way crystals are toxic. Easy to solve. The relative density is 1.50, the melting point is 125.6 ° C, and the discount rate is 1.390. Can be sublimated, corroded to glass, heated or heated when it is heated. Solk in water, slightly soluble in alcohol. The aqueous solution is acidic, can corrodes glass, and is corrosive to the skin. Gymnomic ammonia is passed into 40%of fluorine, and the crystallization is cooled.

Method: Use 1 Moore ammonia water to absorb 2 Molfluoride, and then cool, concentrate, and crystallize.

Uses: used as chemical reagents, pottery and glass etching, electroplating, brewing, fermented industrial preservatives and bacterial inhibitors. It is also used for metal smelting and ceramic manufacturing.

    Application:

    1. Used as glass etching agent, disinfectant, preservative, solvent of beryllium metal, surface treatment agent of silicon steel plate, also used in the manufacture of ceramics and magnesium alloys.

    2. It can be used as chemical reagent, glass etch agent (often used with hydrofluoric acid), disinfectant and preservative for fermentation industry, solvent for making beryllium metal from beryllium oxide, and surface treatment agent for silicon steel plate. It is also used for manufacturing ceramics, magnesium alloys, cleaning and descaling of boiler feed water system and steam generation system, and acidizing treatment of oilfield sand. Also used as alkylation, isomerization catalyst components.

    3. Used for oilfield acidification treatment, manufacturing magnesium and magnesium alloys. Used as glass matting, frosting, etching agent, used as wood protection agent, aluminum brightening agent, textile industry used as rust remover, can also be used in electroplating, electronic industry, as an analytical reagent.

    4. Used as an analytical reagent and bacterial inhibitor.

    5. Analyze the reagent. Used for ceramic and glass surface engraving. Disinfection of appliances. Preparation of hydrogen fluoride in the laboratory. Electroplating.

Operation disposal and storage and transportation:

Operation precautions: closed operation, strengthen ventilation. Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear self-priming filter dust masks, chemical safety protective glasses, respirator permeating work clothes, and rubber gloves. Avoid producing dust. Avoid contact with acids. When handling, light loading and unloading should be done to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment. An empty container may contain harmful residue.

Storage precautions: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. Keep the container sealed. Should be stored separately from acids, do not mix storage. The storage area should be equipped with suitable materials to contain leaks.

Packing method: ordinary wooden case outside ampoule bottle; Threaded glass bottles, iron lid pressed glass bottles, plastic bottles or metal barrels (cans) outside ordinary wooden cases. Moisture-proof and sealed store.Product packaging: 25KG/BAG.

Transport precautions: Transport vehicles should be equipped with the corresponding variety and quantity of fire equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. In summer, it's best to ship in the morning and evening. The trough (tank) car used in transportation should have a grounding chain, and a hole partition can be arranged in the trough to reduce static electricity generated by shock. It is strictly prohibited to mix with oxidizer. During transportation, it should be protected from sun exposure, rain and high temperature. Stay away from flame, heat source and high temperature area during the stopover. The exhaust pipes of the vehicles carrying the articles must be equipped with fire retardant devices. Loading and unloading with mechanical equipment and tools that are easy to produce sparks are prohibited. Road transport should follow the prescribed route, do not stay in residential and densely populated areas. It is forbidden to slip them in railway transportation. Wooden ships and cement ships are strictly prohibited for bulk transportation.
