Description

Sulfonic acids, C10-21-alkane, Ph esters is a common environmentally friendly plasticizer. It possesses excellent plasticizing and saponifying effect are suitable for various types of polymers such as PU and PVC.

Features

❶ Small Particle Size: PVC paste has a smaller particle size compared to other types of PVC. This allows it to disperse uniformly in a liquid medium, resulting in a homogenous paste.

❷ High Plasticity: When combined with plasticizers and other additives, PVC paste can produce a highly plastic material. This attribute allows it to be shaped and formed into intricate designs.

Applications

It is used as a plasticizer for a wide range of articles based on polyurethane (PU), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), blends of styrene-butadien rubber and butadiene rubber (SBR/BR), isobutylene-isoprene rubber (IIR), acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and chloroprene rubber (CR).

It is widely used in artificial leather, decorative materials, floor leather, wall paper, automotive interior, light conveyor belt and mining flame retardant belt, sports floor, coating, adhesive, toys, disposable medical gloves, household goods, battery partition electrical instruments, electrical tools and other materials and products.

Chloroacetic resin is mainly used in low-temperature thermosetting ink, automobile primer, body sealant, stone impact resistant coating, floor carpet coating, wallpaper, fiber coating, carpet backing and plastic dipping process.
