    Product Name: XPS foam flame retardant additive QB-XPS01

    Product Application: XPS foam, PS, EVA

     

    Product Feature:

    1. QB-XPS01 is for extruded boards to achieve B1 flame retardant grade easily at a dosage of 3-4%, without screw sticking and with stable feeding; suitable for flame retardation of polystyrene, EVA, PS, etc.
    2. It is a high-bromine-containing additive flame retardant, which has sufficient thermal stability and good dispersibility, easy foaming and easy extrusion. It can make processing equipment safer and products have better performance, especially for plastic products with higher processing temperatures, such as extruded polystyrene insulation board (XPS), it is more suitable.
    3. It has excellent quality, with an oxygen index (OI) higher than 32, meeting the prescribed self-extinguishing standard. Similarly, it exhibits good thermal stability in other polymer systems, requiring a small dosage without the need for additional auxiliary flame retardants (such as antimony oxide).
    4. It is high heat-resistant, maintaining its color and integrity without yellowing or decomposing at a processing temperature of 240°C.
    5. It has extremely high flame retardant efficiency, achieving excellent flame retardant effects with minimal usage; compared to traditional flame retardants, it has lower additive costs, offering superior price-performance ratio.
