RF-8107 is anionic self-crosslinking waterborne emulsion resin copolymerized by styrene, acrylate esters and special functional monomers.

It is suitable to produce high PVC paints and it is applicated for avariety of filler and pigments.
The waterborne coatings made by RF-8107 have excellent adhe- sion strength, stain resistance, scrub resistance, and quick-drying properties.

RF-8107 is used to produce semi-light, without-light interior and exterior wall coatings and thick mortar coatings.

KTS-2755W is a slightly anionic, polymeric high-performance wetting and dispersing additive for waterborne formulations. Suitable for all kinds of pigments. With organic pigments, the outstanding stabilization and viscosity reduction can be observed. Low influence on coating properties, therefore suitable for exterior applications in industrial and transportation coatinsg. Solvent-free.

APPLICATIONS

KTS-2755W is recommended for automotive paints (putty and primer), water-based industrial paints, flexographic and gravure inks,
inkjet inks, wood paints and furniture coatings, color pastes, etc.

STORE

Storage and transportation When the product is in its original unopened container and stored at a temperature between -4 and 40
degrees Celsius, it can be stored for at least 18 months (from the date of production) .

Method

* The dosage of additives is based on : 5% -30 % of inorganic pigments , 20%-70% of organic pigments, 40%-120% of carbon black, and the recommended addition amount of co-grinding is 0.5-2. The above recommended addition amounts are for reference only, and the optimal addition amount is required Determined after a series of tests.
* For best performance, it is recommended to add it to the grind before dispersing. Prepare carbon black concentrate and add a small amount of amine (0.2-3) to effectively neutralize part of the acidic surface of the pigment. When producing pigment concentrates, highly effective non-silicone defoaming agents with good compatibility can be added.

inorganic pigments. It has a very significant viscosity reduction effect, excellent tinting strength, good color paste storage
stability, and good water resistance. , does not contain APEO.

Recommended use:
