1516 is a lubricant synthesized from polyacid derivatives and polyhydroxy polyether.

It offers excellent cleaning, wetting, and lubricating properties with low foam and compatibility with cationic flocculants.

It provides excellent resistance to mixed oils and hard water stability, as well as antibacterial effects, making it suitable for water-based fluid lubrication.

Test Components: 1% Lubricant + 1.5% Triethanolamine + 97.5% Deionized Water Foam Test: Take 40 ml of the test solution in a 100 ml graduated cylinder, shake it vigorously up and down 100-120 times within 1 minute, and record the volume (ml) of the upper layer foam for a specific period.

For full synthetic cutting fluids: 3-20%
