M8 is an essential component in high-performance formulations such as semi-synthetic and emulsified metalworking fluids. It is a chemical combination of nonionic and anionic emulsifiers. Besides possessing strong emulsifying properties, it also effectively stabilizes emulsions against the effects of electrolytes and hard water.
