Product Introduction:
I. Product Introduction: This product is an alkyl ketene dimer made from higher fatty acids (C≥12) by acylation and dehydrochlorination. This product is used as the raw powder of AKD neutral sizing agent to make the emulsion of pulp neutral sizing agent.
2. Technical indicators: A: Purity: ≥90% B: Melting point: 46.5℃ C: Iodine value: giz/100g 44-47.5 D: Acid value: mgkoh/g 2-3 E: Free fatty acid: ≤2.0% F: Drying loss: ≤1.5 H
Appearance: Light yellow solid (block or flake)
Use: Avoid sun, rain, force or impact during transportation. Be careful when handling. Store in a dry and cool place. The temperature should not exceed 35℃. The bottom of the bag should be raised by more than 10cm to avoid moisture and pay attention to fire prevention.
