Character:It is white or colorless rhombic crystalline or prismatic crystal. It's easily soluble in water, but insoluble in ethanol. The relative density is 1.52 and melting point is 34.6ºC.If heated to 180ºC, it will lose crystal water and convet anhydrous.
Usage: In food industry, it is used as agent for baking to avoid oxidation stain and as emulsifier in dairy product to prevent egg white from solidification. It also used as emulsifier and chelating agent for solid drinks.
In industry grade, it is used  softener, boiler cleaning agent, detergent,metal rust remover, fabric mercerizing agent .
Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse. Kept away from Heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it musted be stored separately from poisonous substances.

The product is packed in polyethylene bag enclosed in composite fiberboard drum or paper bag.
The net weight is 25 kg/drum or 25 kg/bag  .
The product should be kept in the original bag and stored in the dry and clean place far away from the source of heat and not put together with other chemicals.
