    Description

Trisodium phosphate (anhydrous) is a white, granular or crystalline solid, highly soluble in water and produces a strong alkaline solution. On exposure to heat, trisodium phosphate decomposes and produces toxic and corrosive fumes including phosphorous oxides.
The major use for trisodium phosphate is as a cleaning agent, food additive, stain remover, and degreaser. Trisodium phosphate of commercial grade is often partially hydrated and ranges from anhydrous trisodium phosphate.

    Trisodium phosphate Use

A water-soluble reagent widely used as a cleaning agent and often used in the formulation of various buffers. As a quality improver, it has the functions of increasing the complex metal ions, pH value, and increasing ionic strength of food, thereby improving the binding force and water holding capacity of food. China stipulates that it can be used for cheese, the maximum use amount is 5g/kg; the maximum use amount is 3.0g/kg in Western-style ham, meat, fish, shrimp and crab; the maximum use amount is 0.5g in canned food, juice, beverages and dairy products /k. Used as analytical reagent and water softener, and also used in the purification of sugar; used as water softener and detergent, boiler scale inhibitor, color fixing agent during printing and dyeing, mercerizing enhancer for fabrics, metal corrosion inhibitor or rust inhibitor . Used as flux and decolorizing agent in enamel industry. It is used as a degreasing agent and degumming agent in the leather industry. Used as water softener, boiler descaling agent, metal rust inhibitor, sugar juice purifier, etc.

    About Us

Glacier Coolant’s history goes back to 1994, when the founder of Glacier Coolant, Mr Songquan Bai, first invented a fluid, that can solve the problem of most chemical factory facing at that time, that the glycol solution they use to cool their reaction in their process system, corroded the pipe and equipment seriously. This product won favorable comments immediately once putted on the market, and was widely spread in China. It improved the plant operation efficiency in fine chemical factory and API factory.

Latterly, a series of anti-corrosion products were developed. By 2023, Glacier Coolant has more than 40 products covering a very wide temperature range from -110°C (-166°F) to 340°C (644°F), application industry expand to food and beverages, HVAC, cold storage, data center, fuel cell cooling etc. The product line includes silicon oil and thermal oil, and phase change materials (PCM) are also developed.

Currently, the company’s manufacturing facility is in Chaoyang, Liaoning, China. We created our Laboratory Service Unit in Beijing to improve research capabilities. Laboratory Service division helps the customer to design the product that can meet their specific requirement and solve the technique problems they are encountering. The center can also provide sample analysis for the products the customer currently use.
