QY632 outdoor physical matting agent, gloss can reach less than 10%, stable storage, wide resin selectivity.

3. Product characteristics

QY632 is an outdoor physical matting agent, and 10 parts of matting agent consumes 1 part of TGIC.

1. The addition amount is 3-6%, and the gloss is 6-30%.

2. The surface is smooth and delicate, not yellowing.

3. Baking temperature 200 ℃ x 15 minutes.

4. Dosage and usage

It is 3-6% of the total weight of the formulation, not more than 6%, mixed with all other components, extruded through an extruder, please control the extrusion temperature to be consistent, and the gloss decreases with the increase of the addition amount.
