1. Product description

The main component of QY408 charge enhancer is organic salt with charged groups. When applied to powder coating, it can significantly improve the powder coating rate and overcome the Faraday effect during powder spraying.

3. Usage and performance

1. It can effectively improve the charge of powder particles during spraying, thereby improving the powder coating rate;

2. When spraying powder, the charge on the surface of the workpiece is released in time, thereby overcoming the electrostatic shielding effect and making it easy to powder the corners or inner surfaces;

3. This product is not a quaternary ammonium salt product, does not affect leveling and yellowing, and has no strong catalytic effect on epoxy resin;

4. Addition method: usually premix before melt extrusion. It is 0.1-0.5% of the total amount of powder coating.
