Chemical property

White crystal. It smells of acetic acid. It absorbs moisture easily. It is highly soluble in water (1g/m1) and emits 42.25% acetic acid. The Ph of 10% aqueous solution is 4.5 ~ 5.0. The Chemicalbook solution is divided by heating above 150℃. Combustible. It had a strong inhibitory effect on spores and molds of Bacillusmesentericus and B. subtitis.

Purpose

1. Sodium diacetate is a versatile food chemical. It is mainly used as a preservative, mildewproof agent, chelating agent, flavoring agent, PH regulator, preservative of meat products, and the main ingredient of compound mildewproof agent2. This product can be mixed with other flavoring agents and sweeteners. It can be used as a sour agent for food Chemicalbook, and also as a mildew prevention agent and food quality improver. Widely used in food, feed, grain and silage anti-mildew additives (mainly plays the role of anti-mildew preservation, improve nutritional value). In the printing and dyeing industry, it is used as an acidifier, levelling agent, buffering agent, multi-valent chelating agent, anti-rust agent and anti-mold agent for bread.
