Pharmacological action and application
The pharmacological effects of 1-vinyl-1-methyl-2, 4-bis (propyl-1-ene-2-yl) cyclohexane are mainly reflected in the anti-tumor activity. Studies have shown that 1-vinyl-1-methyl-2, 4-bis (propyl-1-ene-2-yl) cyclohexane can exert anti-tumor effects on a variety of cancer markers, including direct and indirect anti-tumor effects such as inducing tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, anti-tumor metastasis and active immune protection. It has been found that 1-vinyl-1-methyl-2, 4-bis (propyl-1-ene-2-yl) cyclohexane can reverse the malignant phenotype of glioblastoma by improving the dryness, differentiation, and epithelial mesenchymal transformation (EMT) of glioblastoma cells. In addition, 1-vinyl-1-methyl-2, 4-bis (prop-1-ene-2-yl) cyclohexane can induce apoptosis through an intrinsic apoptotic pathway mediated by mitochondria, thereby sensitizing chemotherapy. It is worth noting that the antitumor effect of 1-vinyl-1-methyl-2, 4-bis (propyl-1-ene-2-yl) cyclohexane is different from that of traditional chemotherapy drugs in that it has the dual effect of inhibiting the proliferation of Chemicalbook tumor cells and improving immune function. It has been reported that 1-vinyl-1-methyl-2, 4-bis (propyl-1-ene-2-yl) cyclohexane can enhance the sensitivity of A549 cells to radiotherapy at a dose of 45mg/kg. In addition, the antitumor effect of 1-vinyl-1-methyl-2, 4-bis (propyl-1-ene-2-yl) cyclohexane was also related to the concentration and duration of the drug. The higher the concentration and the longer the duration of the drug, the apoptosis rate showed an increasing trend. However, when the concentration of the drug exceeded a certain value, the cell necrosis rate also increased correspondingly, and the spontaneous mortality decreased. Therefore, it is necessary to screen the dose concentration according to the population and cancer category to improve its anticancer effect.
