Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax referred to as polyethylene wax. It is widely used because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance.
In normal production, this part of the wax as an additive can be added directly to the polyolefin processing, it can increase the gloss and processing performance of the product. As a lubricant, it is chemically stable and has good electrical properties. Polyethylene wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl acetate, rubber, butyl rubber. It can improve the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS and the mold release of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. For PVC and other external lubricants compared to polyethylene wax has a stronger internal lubrication.

1. High softening point, low viscosity, large molecular weight and small heat loss.
2. It has strong external lubricating effect. Compared with ordinary polyethylene wax, it can delay plasticization and reduce torque.
3. It is easy to disperse and improve the glossiness of products.

6. Good thermal stability in the later stage, free of oligomers, paraffin, etc. No precipitation, no migration.

PVC profile, pipe etc.

Excellent external lubricant in PVC profile, pipe, pipe fitting, foam board,WPC products, etc. It has good late-period lubricating ability, and will bring more glossy appearance and lower processing torque.

Color masterbatch

It is widely used as dispersant in color masterbatch processing. With polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and other resin has a good compatibility, and has a very good external lubrication and internal lubrication.

Rubber

As a rubber processing agent, it can enhance the diffusion of filler, improve the extrusion molding rate, increase the flow rate of the mold, facilitate demultification, and improve the surface brightness and smoothness of the product after demultification.

Wax work

Widely used in floor wax, auto wax, glazing wax, candles, crayons and other wax products in the production, to improve the softening point of wax products, increase its strength and surface gloss.
