      Product Application

    (1) Cosmetics industry: It is used as an emulsifier, thickener, and stabilizer in products such as face creams, lotions, and lipsticks. It can make the product texture more delicate and stable, and also form a protective film on the skin to play a moisturizing role.

    (2) Plastics industry: It is a commonly used lubricant and release agent. It can reduce the friction during plastic processing, improve the surface finish of the products, facilitate the removal of the products from the mold, and also improve the processing performance and heat resistance of plastics.

    (3) Rubber industry: It is used as a softener and plasticizer. It can increase the flexibility of rubber, reduce the hardness, and improve the processing performance of rubber and the cold - resistance of products.

    (4) Food industry: As a food additive, it can be used as an emulsifier, stabilizer, and lubricant in foods such as candies, chocolates, and chewing gums. It can prevent oil separation, improve the taste and processing performance.

    (5) Other fields: In the production of candles, it can improve the hardness and finish of candles; in coatings and inks, it can improve the fluidity and gloss of products; it is also used in the manufacture of surfactants, lubricants, waterproof agents, and other chemical products.

      Product Function

    (1) Lubrication function: In the processing of plastics and rubbers, it can reduce the friction between materials, make the processing smoother, improve production efficiency, and enhance the surface quality of products.

    (2) Emulsification function: In cosmetics and foods, it can evenly mix oil and water to form a stable emulsion system, preventing the separation of the oil phase and the water phase.

    (3) Plasticization function: When used in materials such as rubber, it can increase their flexibility and plasticity, reduce hardness, and improve the processing and service properties of the materials.

    (4) Stabilization function: In products such as cosmetics and plastics, it helps improve the stability of the products, preventing problems such as deterioration and deformation during storage and use.

    (5) Water - proof function: It can form a protective film on the surface of some materials, playing a certain water - proof role. For example, in candles, it can enhance the water - resistance of candles and prolong the burning time.
