DEF is a critical component in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems of die-sel vehicles, effectively reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from die-sel engines to meet increasingly stringent global environmental regulations. By dissolving the automotive urea granules in deionized water, DEF compliant with the ISO 22241 standard can be produced. ISO 22241 is a global standard established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for DEF, covering its chemical composition, physical properties, storage, and usage requirements.
