Characteristics

It is a non-corrosive organotin compound which can be used in the synthesis of saturated polyester in powder coatings, insulating varnishes and coil coatings.

1. Suitable for the synthesis of saturated polyester resin in powder coatings and coil coatings.

2. Suitable for producing unsaturated polyester resin, such as film coatings, sheets, mold materials, etc.

3. Suitable for the production of polymer plasticizers.

4. Can be used as a catalyst for esterification and transesterification reactions.

5. The esterification time can be shortened, and the final product does not require neutralization and washing.

The main products green solvent and plasticizer. Green solvent includes methyl oleate, methyl palmitate, ethyl oleate, oleic acid, mono propylene glycol (MPG); Green plasticizer includes epoxy fatty acid methyl ester (EFAME), epoxidized soya bean oil (ESBO), composite plant ester (CPE), Dioctyl adipate (DOA), Dioctyl sebacate (DOS), DOTP, DINCH, TOTM, TEC, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate (ATBC), Triacetin. Green solvent is mostly used in pesticide, coating and drilling lubricant. Green plasticizer is mostly used in PVC products, wires & cable, leather and toys.
