    Polymer Polyol 15%-50%

    Polymer polyol is used with flexible polyether polyol to produce high-resilient flexible foam with high hardness. It can improve the load-bearing property of the polyurethane foam. In solid content,there are 10%,15%,25%,45% 50% .It is also suitable to produce semi-rigid polyurethane foam. This polyol can suit TDI, TDI/MDI mixture and MDI polymer system.

                      Regular active polyether polyols are suitable for manufacturing soft polyurethane foams, such as furniture mats, mattresses, sound-absorbing boards, carpet underlays, filters, packaging materials, etc. During the production process, the amount of additives varies widely, with a large adjustable range and good stability during foaming. High active polyether polyols can react with an amount of isocyanates to give reaction injection molding (RIM) polyurethane products. The cold cured and high resilient products made of the high activity polyether polyols, such as cushions of automobile and transport means, steering wheels, dash-board and handles etc, and funiture, have good resilience, compressibility and comfortable feeling.
