Polymer Polyol Pop 45% for Flexible Foam with Fast Delivery

Polymer Polyol (abbreviated as POP), also known as vinyl polymer grafted polyether polyol, is an important chemical raw material. It generally appears as a milky white to light creamy yellow viscous liquid and has stable properties. The vinyl polymer in POP acts like an organic filler, which can effectively improve the hardness of polyurethane foam and enhance its load-bearing capacity. During the foaming process, it also functions as a gas nucleating agent, promoting the uniform distribution of bubbles. This not only optimizes the foaming process but also increases the open-cell rate of the foam and prevents foam shrinkage.
