High-Strength Cationic Rosin for Polymer Applications

Rosin is a natural resin extracted from coniferous trees such as pine trees. It is a transparent and brittle solid at room temperature, mainly composed of resin acids, and is widely used in fields like adhesives, coatings, soldering fluxes, and rosin for musical instruments.

(1) Adhesive field: As a key component of adhesives, it is used in the production of hot-melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, woodworking adhesives, etc. It can improve bonding strength and stability, and is commonly used in packaging, furniture manufacturing and other scenarios.

(2) Coating and ink field: Used in the production of varnishes, anti-rust paints, printing inks, etc. It can enhance the adhesion, gloss and weather resistance of coatings, and at the same time improve the fluidity and drying speed of inks.

(3) Welding and electronics field: As the main raw material of soldering flux, it can remove the oxide layer on the metal surface and lower the melting point of solder during welding, ensuring the reliability of the welding of electronic components (such as circuit boards).
