Uses	3,5,5-trimethylhexyl acrylate is a functional monomer with a technical grade of 200, which is liquid at room temperature and typically contains 20-120ppm of MEHQ inhibitor to stabilize its chemical properties. ‌ Its main use is concentrated in the field of biomedical materials, as a key monomer for synthesizing polymer materials, used to develop materials with specific biocompatibility and functionality. ‌ In industrial applications, this compound can be used as an active diluent or reactive monomer, and is widely used in radiation curing technology, such as UV coatings, inks, and photoresists, to enhance the hardness, scratch resistance, and curing efficiency of coatings. ‌ In addition, it can also be applied to adhesives (such as pressure-sensitive adhesives and structural adhesives), 3D printing (stereolithography process), and special polymer modification (such as weather resistant acrylic resin) to enhance the heat resistance, flexibility, and adhesion of materials. ‌

First aid measures

If inhaled
