Liranaftate is a member of tetralins.|Liranaftate is a thiocarbamate and squalene epoxidase inhibitor with antifungal activity. Liranaftate inhibits fungal squalene epoxidase, an enzyme that plays a key role in the synthesis of sterol which is essential for cell membrane integrity.
