Sodium Hypophosphite (SHP, CAS:7681-53-0/10039-56-2,EINECS:231-669-9, HS Code:2835100000, molecular formula NaH₂PO₂·H₂O, MW:105.99) is a white crystalline powder produced via reaction of yellow phosphorus with sodium hydroxide, followed by multi-stage purification, concentration and crystallization processes. Packaging & Storage
Standard packaging: 25kg inner PE lined woven bags; 1000kg FIBC bulk bags available for large orders. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse away from strong oxidizing agents, strong acids and heat sources. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and caking. Avoid exposure to temperatures above 200℃ to prevent decomposition and release of toxic phosphine gas. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions.

Safety Information
Classified as non-hazardous goods for international land, sea and air transportation. However, it decomposes above 200℃ to release toxic phosphine gas; avoid high-temperature processing without proper ventilation. Dust may irritate respiratory tract and eyes; operators should wear dust masks, chemical-resistant gloves and goggles during handling. In case of skin/eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water for at least 15 minutes. Complete MSDS with emergency response procedures is provided with each shipment.
