Factory supply Poly Aluminium Chloride, short named PAC, CAS 1327-41-9, is an efficient inorganic polymer flocculant and mainstream water treatment chemical widely used for domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, river water and swimming pool water purification projects. It is produced by reaction of bauxite, hydrochloric acid and calcium powder through polymerization and solid drying process, stable alumina content above 30%, adjustable basicity according to different water quality demands, covering both industrial sewage grade and low iron drinking water purification grade.

After dissolving into water, PAC rapidly hydrolyzes to form large amounts of polymeric aluminum hydroxide flocs with strong adsorption bridging capacity. These flocs can capture suspended particles, organic pollutants, colloidal impurities, phosphorus and heavy metal particles in water, gather tiny impurities into large aggregates and realize fast sedimentation, effectively lowering water turbidity, COD and total phosphorus indexes. Compared with traditional aluminum sulfate flocculant, poly aluminium chloride has wider applicable pH range, smaller dosage, faster settling speed and less sludge output, greatly reducing overall water treatment operation cost.

Besides urban sewage treatment, PAC has diversified downstream usage. It serves as clarification agent for papermaking wastewater, decolorization flocculant for printing and dyeing wastewater, sedimentation auxiliary for mine mineral wastewater, and purification raw material for tap water plant. It can also be used as sizing aid in paper manufacturing industry to improve paper compactness.

Our PAC adopts double-layer moisture-proof packaging: inner plastic film liner + outer woven bag, effectively avoid deliquescence and caking during long-distance sea transportation and storage. Two packing options are available: 25kg small bags for small water plant trial dosing, 1 ton jumbo bags for large sewage treatment plant bulk consumption. Every batch is fully tested in lab, complete COA test report and MSDS safety document can be provided to support overseas customs clearance and incoming quality inspection. The factory maintains sufficient year-round spot inventory, supports customized low-iron specifications and different basicity products, and offers favorable bulk wholesale price for long-term engineering purchasers.
