IGF-1 LR3 is a long-acting modified analog of native IGF-1, composed of 83 amino acids.

IGF-1LR3 powder is commonly used to help promote muscle growth, increase strength and aid in recovery after intense workouts.

Unlike traditional IGF-1, this synthetic form is modified to have a much longer half-life. This means that it stays active in the body for a longer period of time, providing more sustained effects.

Structural modification: 13 extra amino acids at the N-terminus + Glutamic acid replaced by Arginine at position 3.
This change greatly reduces binding affinity with IGF-binding proteins (IGFBPs), significantly prolonging half-life (20–30 hours) and improving bioavailability compared with ordinary IGF-1.
It activates PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, widely used for cell culture, biological mechanism & preclinical research.
