Product Overview

• Flibanserin (CAS 167933-07-5), also known as BIMT-17 and marketed under the brand name Addyi, is a multifunctional serotonergic agent that acts as a full agonist of the 5-HT1A receptor (Ki = 1 nM) and as an antagonist of the 5-HT2A receptor (Ki = 49 nM). It also shows affinity for the D4 dopamine receptor (Ki = 4–24 nM).  It appears as a white to off-white powder with the molecular formula C₂₀H₂₁F₃N₄O and a molecular weight of 390.40 g/mol.
