• Trelagliptin Succinate (CAS 1029877-94-8) is the succinate salt form of trelagliptin, a potent, orally active, and highly selective dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor developed by Takeda Pharmaceutical. It is marketed under the brand name Zafatek and was the first once-weekly oral DPP-4 inhibitor approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
