PP is a thermoplastic polymer used widely across many industries. It features low density, good heat resistance and excellent flex fatigue performance. Virgin PP granules are available in homopolymer, block copolymer and random copolymer grades. Food contact grade can meet FDA requirement. Custom modification: flame retardant, toughened, color matching, glass fiber filled.

Package: 25kg per bag with PE inner liner and woven bag. MOQ: 1MT for stock items, 3MT for customized grades. Samples are available. Sample cost and freight are prepaid. Lead time: 3-5 working days for in-stock goods, 7-15 days for customized products.

PP, recycling mark No.5, is a cost-effective general-purpose thermoplastic. It can be supplied as homopolymer PP, block copolymer PP and random copolymer PP. Custom modification available for high impact, flame retardant, transparent and reinforced grades.

Low density (0.89–0.91 g/cm³), floats on water, lightweight to reduce production cost. Excellent heat resistance; continuous working temperature up to 100–120°C. Suitable for microwave and high-temperature sterilization.

Good chemical resistance against acid, alkali, detergent and oil; low water absorption. Outstanding flex fatigue resistance, repeated bending without cracking. Good electrical insulation. Food-contact grades comply with FDA standards.

Brittle at low temperature; poor UV resistance without anti-UV additives. Main applications: packaging, structural parts, hinges, pipes, non-woven fabric, insulation components.

25kg per bag with PE inner liner and woven PP outer bag. We provide COA, MSDS, TDS and certificate of origin for shipment.
