L-Valine (CAS 72-18-4) is an essential branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) that cannot be synthesized by the human body and must be obtained from daily nutritional intake. As one of the three core monomer components of BCAA formula together with L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine, it occupies an important position in sports nutrition and dietary supplement industry.

L-Valine mainly participates in human protein synthesis and muscle metabolism, effectively inhibits muscle protein decomposition, relieves physical fatigue caused by high-intensity exercise, and maintains muscle stability and body physical state.
