    Boron Nitride Powder/Hbn Powder CAS No. 10043-11-5 Ceramic Boron Nitride Powder

    Hexagonal Boron Nitride Powder 50 Nano Super Fine 99% Food Grade Cosmetic Grade Cubic Boron Nitride Powder
    Hexagonal Boron Nitride:White graphite is another name for hexagonal boron nitride. White graphite is the simplest boron-nitrogen polymer. Similar to the hexagonal carbon network in graphite, nitrogen and boron in hexagonal boron nitride also form hexagonal network layers that overlap each other to form crystals. The crystal is similar to graphite, with diamagnetism and high anisotropy, and the crystal parameters are also quite similar. Boron nitride is mainly used in refractory materials, semiconductor solid-phase doping sources, structural materials of atomic stacks, packaging materials against neutron radiation, rocket engine components, high-temperature lubricants and mold release agents.

    Suoyi hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) powder is synthesized through a high-temperature reaction between boric acid and nitrogen at over 1900°C, resulting in an ultra-fine, slippery white powder with exceptional thermal and chemical stability.

    Custom particle sizes & surface treatments available upon request.
    Hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) is a premium-grade advanced ceramic material offering exceptional thermal conductivity (300-600W/m·K), outstanding electrical insulation (>1014 Ω·cm), and superior chemical resistance.

    With a melting point above 3000°C, it excels in extreme environments where traditional materials fail.

    Applications
    * Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs) for CPUs/GPUs
    * High-Temperature Lubricants & Mold Release Agents
    * Polymer Composites (enhanced strength & heat dissipation)
    * Cosmetic & Coatings (smooth, non-toxic additive)

    Product Description

    In the expansive field of nanotechnology, Boron Nitride Nanotubes (BNNTs) have emerged as a subject of significant interest due to their unique properties and potential applications. First synthesized in 1995, these structures are similar in morphology to the better-known carbon nanotubes but are composed of boron and nitrogen atoms instead of carbon. This distinct composition endows BNNTs with exceptional mechanical strength, high thermal conductivity, and notable electrical insulation properties.
    The diameter of these nanotubes is measured in nanometers, indicating their incredibly small scale and the precision required in their manipulation and use. Unlike carbon nanotubes, BNNTs exhibit transparency and are not affected by changes in chirality, making them versatile in various applications ranging from the optical industry to aerospace and biomedical fields. Their resilience at high temperatures and oxidation resistance also make them suitable for extreme environments.
    Product Specification
    Boron nitride nanotubes, structurally similar to carbon nanotubes, have unique properties due to boron and nitrogen chemistry:
    1. Thermal & Electrical:
    High thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, ideal for nanoelectronics heat management and interference prevention.
    2. Mechanical:
    Tensile strength comparable to carbon nanotubes; lightweight, suitable for strong, light composites in aerospace and automotive.
    3. Optical & Chemical:
    Optically transparent, highly oxidation-resistant at high temperatures, use in optoelectronics, coatings etc.
    4. Biomedical:
    Biocompatible and hydrophobic, valuable for biomedical applications needing moisture resistance and no immune response.
    5. Piezoelectric:
    Exhibit piezoelectricity, generating electric charge under stress, beneficial for sensors and energy-harvesting.

    1. Aerospace: Boron in BNNTs strengthens materials and shields against harmful radiation by effectively absorbing neutrons.
    2. Reinforcement: BNNTs enhance the mechanical properties of polymers, ceramics, and metals. For instance, adding them to
    aluminum boosts strength and stiffness without excessive weight, useful for automotive and aerospace.
    3. Nanoelectronics: Their high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation are ideal for managing heat in densely - packed
    nanoelectronic components like semiconductors and sensors.
    4. Energy: BNNTs' piezoelectric property, generating electricity from mechanical stress, has potential in energy harvesting devices,
    sensors, and actuators.
