Disperse Red 73 Use and Manufacturing
Using 2-cyano-4-nitroaniline and N-ethyl-N-cyanoethylaniline as raw materials, first diazotize 2-cyano-4-nitroaniline, and then diazotize it with N-ethyl-N -Cyanoethyl aniline coupling product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained. . Add nitrosyl sulfuric acid solution [made of 31g concentrated sulfuric acid (98%) and 1.5g sodium nitrite (99%)] into the diazotization reactor, control the temperature at 5-10℃, and slowly add 2-cyanide The acetic acid solution of 4-nitroaniline (made up of 20g glacial acetic acid and 3.6g 2-cyano-4-nitroaniline), complete the diazotization reaction in about 5h. Then slowly pour the diazonium liquid into 300 g of ice water, filter, and use the filtrate (diazo compound solution) for later use. Put the diazonium filtrate into the coupling reactor, and slowly add the sulfuric acid solution of the coupling components dropwise [prepared from 4.3g N-ethyl-N-cyanoethylaniline, 8g concentrated sulfuric acid (98%) and 150g ice water] , Control the temperature at 5-10°C until the end of the reaction. Then filter and wash until neutral to obtain the dye product, the yield is 85%-90%.
