Methods of Manufacturing

Take o-nitrochlorobenzene as raw material, use iron powder as reducing agent in the presence of hydrochloric acid, reflux for 6-8h, add sodium hydroxide solution to neutralize, distill, and add hydrochloric acid to form salt. After salting out, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Orange-based GR is suitable for dyeing cotton, viscose fiber and silk, and also for printing cotton. Coupling with Naphthol AS gives a red light orange, strong coupling ability and fast coupling speed. It can be coupled with a variety of naphthol to obtain yellow, red, brilliant red and other colors. On cotton cloth based with Naphthol AS or AS-D, the orange-based GR color paste can be printed together with the reactive dye, and the color after steaming has no change.
