Taking o-nitroanisole as raw material, firstly carry out chloromethylation reaction with chloromethyl ether, then undergo hydrolysis, oxidation, acid chlorination, ammonolysis, and finally reduce by sodium sulfide to obtain the product. The product is salted and dried to obtain a finished product.
The red base KL is mainly used for dyeing cotton and printing cotton cloth, but also for dyeing viscose fibers. Coupling with Naphthol AS-BS to dye pink. The coupling force is medium and the coupling speed is slow.
