Methods of Manufacturing

Taking bromamine acid, aniline and formaldehyde as raw materials, firstly, bromamine acid and aniline are condensed, and then the condensate is condensed with formaldehyde for the second time to obtain the product. After filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained. . Heat 1326g bromoamic acid (34%), 416g sodium sulfate, 416g sodium bicarbonate, 130g aniline in the reaction pot to 60°C, add 28g cuprous chloride, then heat to 70°C, react for 9h to obtain the condensation product . Take 424g condensate (dry product) and 235g formaldehyde (34%) for the second condensation in sulfuric acid medium. Then neutralize, filter, and wash with water to obtain the dye.

Uses

Weak acid brilliant blue GAW can be used for dyeing wool, silk and nylon. When dyeing wool, due to poor level dyeing and high temperature cooking, it is less used in fine textiles and only used for color tone. Use single color when dispersing wool, wool tops and wool knitwear. It is also used for direct printing of wool and silk fabrics, and leather coloring.
