Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2-amino-4(and 5)-nitrophenol and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone as raw materials, first reweight 2-amino-4(and 5)-nitrophenol Nitriding, coupling with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone, then adding chromium alum for complexation, filtering, drying and pulverizing to obtain dry powder of the original dye. The dry powder of the original dye is dissolved in a mixed solvent of ethyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol, and filtered through sedimentation to obtain the solution dye for packaging.

Uses

Leather spray red GL is mainly used for spraying or curtain coating of natural leather such as pigskin, cowhide and sheepskin, especially suitable for spraying and coloring of aniline leather.
