Acid Orange 63 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using 3-sulfonic acid benzidine, 1-(p-sulfonic acid phenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone, phenol and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride as raw materials, the 3-sulfonic acid benzidine Double nitridation, then with 1-(p-sulfophenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone for the first coupling, then with phenol for the second coupling, and finally with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride condensation Get the product. After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Weak acid orange PR is suitable for dyeing wool, silk, nylon and wool blends, and can also be used for direct printing of wool, silk and nylon fabrics. Generally used alone, it can also be used for dyeing woolen wool and loose wool. The levelness is good and the dyeing rate is low. When used in the same bath dyeing of wool and other fibers, the color of nylon is similar to wool, the silk is lighter, and the acetate fiber and cellulose fiber are slightly stained.

[1,1'-Biphenyl]-3-sulfonic acid, 4'-[2-[4,5-dihydro-3-methyl-5-oxo-1-(4-sulfophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]diazenyl]-4-[2-[4-[[(4-methylphenyl)sulfonyl]oxy]phenyl]diazenyl]-, sodium salt (1:2): INACTIVE
