Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2-amino-4-chlorophenol and 1-(m-sulfonamidophenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone as raw materials, first diazotize 2-amino-4-chlorophenol, and then Coupling, then complexing with sodium chromium formate, filtering and drying to obtain the finished product.

Uses

Neutral Red 2GL is a basic dye for dyeing medium and deep red. It is mainly used for dyeing coarse and worsted wool fabrics and tops. It can be adjusted with other neutral dyes or brightening dyes. It is also used for dyeing silk, nylon, vinylon and direct printing on wool, silk, nylon fabric. When used to dye woolen (or viscose) fabrics, it can be dyed in the same bath as direct dyes in a neutral dye bath. It can also be dyed with cotton (or viscose) fabric.
