Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2-amino-5-nitrophenol and 2-naphthol as raw materials, first diazotize 2-amino-5-nitrophenol, then couple with 2-naphthol, and then add chromium alum and cobalt chloride to proceed. After complexing, filtering, drying and pulverizing, the dry powder of the original dye is obtained. The dry powder of the original dye is dissolved in a mixed solvent of ethylene glycol ether and ethanol, and the solution dye is obtained by sedimentation and filtration for packaging.

Uses

Leather spray blue RL is mainly used for spraying or curtain finishing of natural leather such as pigskin, cowhide and sheepskin, especially suitable for spraying and coloring of aniline leather.
