Methods of Manufacturing

Using H acid, p-nitroaniline, 2-amino-4, 6-dinitrophenol and resorcinol as raw materials. First, diazotize H acid and couple it with resorcinol, then diazotize 2-amino-4, 6-dinitrophenol, couple with the first coupling product for the second time, and finally add p-nitro The aniline is diazotized and coupled with the second coupling product for the third coupling to obtain the product. After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Acid Brown B is suitable for dyeing wool, nylon and wool blended fabrics, with excellent dyeing fastness. It is also widely used for leather coloring.
